HTC ONE V was brought by me on 14th May. The handset went dead on 11th June and was given to the service center on 12th June. I was told the handset will be replaced in 10 to 12 working days. It has been over 5 weeks now but I am yet to receive the handset. Every week, I am being promised that I will receive it by the end of the week. Now they claim that the handset is out of stock.
The customer care executives are clueless when asked to tell me an exact date of replacement. Also, it has been reported on many forums that even the replaced handsets are faulty. Please help.
