I HAVE PURCHASED A BRAND NEW HTC SENSATION IN JUNE @ Rs 30000/-
From the Day I have purchased the phone i am facing network problem in that and after lots of complaint with vodafone for network issue i finally found that there was problem with handset and not with carrier provider...
Finally in Month of Oct i went to service center at Dadar they told i have leave my phone with them and it will be ready with 3 working days..
my phone was returned to me after 10 days instead of 3 days... with the same problem persisting... but service center assured me u take trial for a month or two and if still problem is there than visit us again...
The problem continued and since i had brought my life's costliest phone i never allow anyone to use my phone and i personally handle my phone...
I returned to HTC service center people in Nov 11 but to my surprise the told me my phone is liquid damage and i have to pay them 15000/- (HALF OF MY ORG. MOBILE PRICE) for repairs???
I dont know how could they say that??? since i am using my phone i know i have never put a single drop of water near my phone...
Now instead of solving my problem.. they created a new problem and now after a fight of almost a month HTC PEOPLE are offering me 50% discount on the price they quoted me...
PLEASE TELL ME AS A CONSUMER WHY I HAVE TO BEAR THIS CHARGE??? AS I THINK THE DAMAGE WAS DONE FROM SERVICE CENTER COZ. THEY SHOWED ME RED STICKER ON BACK SIDE OF PHONE... WHICH WAS RED SINCE I TOOK MY PHONE BACK IN OCT FROM THEM.. (AT THAT TIME I DIDNT KNEW THAT RED STICKER MEANS MOISTURE DAMAGE)
PLEASE HELP ME TO FIGHT AGAINST THESE...
