Attery replacement

I bought a HTC touch 3G T-3232 IMEI-354503020906058. from Neelkanth Mobile Indraprasth shopping centre, Borivali, Mumbai on the date 23-05-09.

Recently i m getting problem with the battery backup, i visited to the service centre which is in Raghuleela Mall at Vashi Station.i submitted the battery on 17-05-10.

they told me to visit after two days but still they dont have the battery in their stock and i m facing problem from last 5 days.plz make it possible as earlier as possible...
