I have placed an order No. IN2410110915 For Karbonn K1818 Twister on 24/10 (they promise in 3 days Delivery), but still not get product.
I already paid through my PayMate (Mobile Payment) Transaction No. 297707402762.
Their Customer care agent Mr. Rohit said me on call They deliver the product on 5th Nov. 2011. On 8th Nov. 2011 for know my status he said they send product on Tomorrow i.e. on 9th Nov. 2011. But Still today they are updating the status on their site. I also raised various tickets but their agent Ms. Sangam and Mr. Gautham replied me that :
"WE will keep you updated on the shipment details in the ticket id CNT174555653213243 within 3 days." and
"The issue will be followed through the ticket number: CNT130917577205452"
What it means they don't have any status of my order.
Please Lodge my complaint and help me to get my product as early as possible.
