I brought huawei c 2901 in guntur on 7-9, i found that battery of the phone is not charging at all, then i went for a service (Excell Electronics, guntur, authorised service center for Hauwei Mobile Phones, Business Partner of TVS Electronics), when i saw the name of TVS Electronics Logo on Service Center, i will be happy hoping that i can get good service, but i am dissappointed, there is no technical person available to handle the complaint, only one girl sitting there, at 11:00 A.M. Morning, she takes complaint from me, i am surprised to notice that they had the pending complaints for the past 3 months which is not solved, Why these guys ie., TVS Electronics appoints such a lazy Vendors like Excell Electronics, can any one concerned authorities will take the action when noticed this message, from K.Srinivas... 9290301729
