Phone Set is not getting repaired

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Huawei CDMA mobile handset model no. C2901 with TATA INDICOM connection from KAMAL COMMUNICATION, TATA INDICOM True Value Shoppee. Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, bill no 1763 on dated 06/11/08

There was a problem in this set. The phone set is in the warranty period. I give it to Huawei service centre, MDR Services India Pvt. Ltd. at Vikas Marg, Shakarpur Delhi. on dated 28th March.

But after a month it is not getting repaired, every time the service centre says that the part is not available.

I make a complaint (Complaint No 65677) on 22.04.2009 to Huawei but no action is taken.

I also make a complaint to TATA INDICOM, but they also took no action.

The Phone set is still at Huawei service centre.

Sir, I am facing a big problem, I am unable to use the no. of TATA INDICOM from more than a month.

I don’t know where is the problem and from where and how to get service. Please help me in getting my set repaired at the earliest.
