I had ordered for a pureIT battery KIT replacement on 19 June (complaint no-S10/MUM2549000051), till date no one from the company (HUL unilever) has bothered to attend to it. The company assures replacement within 2 days, but till date not attended to. VERY POOR SERVICE by a BRAND like HUL.Its high time a advertisement is placed by PUBLIC in newspaper & other media NOT TO BUY this product PUREIT. Let the company first improve its service quality and then start selling its products. I have already started using bottled water and spend a couple of bucks. The company should hence replace the germkit FREE OF COST for their poor service
