I BOUGHT A AIR COOLER FROM 'HYDERABAD ELECTRICAL WORKS, S.NO 2-14/1, Hi-Tech City Road, Kothaguda 'X' Road, Kondpur, Beside Mahindra Show Room, Hyderabad", which is a room cooler, having plastic body. The cooler costed me 2000 rs. I used the cooler for just 2 days and the body of the cooler has developed cracks and the owner of the shop refuses to take the responsibility and is not ready to replace it.

I want my cooler's body either to be replaced or i want my money back.
