I bought the TV of Hyundai company in the month of Sept.'11. VEry next month we had a problem that TV volume is so high on just point-1. So we have logged complain for the same. But no solution till Jan.'11. So we thought that Hyundai is a multinational company so it will take 2-3 months time. Again since last one week we could not start our TV. So we logged in complain with no.-RAJ0706110514. On wednesday I got the message that your complaint will be serviced by our engineer Mr. Jitubhai and his contact number is 9898896578, And I am trying to call him since last Thursaday but either his no. is not reachable or no reply from his side. Today after a week I could talk with him & he told me that Mahuva town is not in my service area andYou have to talk with Ashvinbhai and his contact no. is 9974932129. So I called him and he replied that I have to log in new complain. As the old complain is login with Mr. Jitubhai so he could not service on them. Meanwhile today I called Mr. Dilip Tosniwal on his cell no. 9324573001 for the said complain. He replied that you just SMS me your complain no. I will check for the same & replied. I have forwardd the message to him on his cell no. and at that time to till now he is not receiveing my phone.
Require needful action from yourside & from Company side. And within 9-10 months time why it has happen that even could not start TV??? So strange that we are going with a huge Brand name company and facing such a problem...
