I cam 16 Digital Hnadycam
Memory card 4GB is not working

Sir, I purchased a icam16 digital handycam from tvcskyshop through customer code no. c1122593 system order no. oc2513779 dt 1.10.2011 . I purchased 4GB memory card from requted shop with bill. When I insert the card in handycam result is not working with out memory card I taken some photos. I lodge a complain against product, vide com. no.609349 dt 9.3.11 but no body came to atten the complain. Once again I am sending a mail to you for to attened my complain
