I have bought BRAND NEW LATEST MODEL of LAPTOP - HP pavilion DV6 1154 tx - Intel Duo Core which is 64 bit capable processor.
My problem is I can ONLY see is 3gb memory instead of 4gb memory, whilst you have provided me with Vista Home premium 32 bit OS and 4GB memory (RAM) and 1 GB dedicated graphic Card.

HP TOLL FREE number says that they can't do anything its bug, and couldn't point me to correct point of person who can handle this issue, shouldn't customer service be helping me to resolve my issue and not make customer go in LOOP which is never ending..
Also I visited Your SakiNaka service centre on 18th July with Token number 38 and they could only confirm the physical memory which is 4gb only through BIOS and SYSTEM INFORMATION utility available in VISTA OS. Even service centre agreed and informed that they can’t give support since they only support hardware.
FOR A NEWLY BOUGHT LAPTOP WHAT SHOULD BE the escalation and Resolution time?
There is no acknowledgement no definite time frame of resolution of above issue.
As per microsoft we can't see 4gb memory on Vista 32bit, this indicates this is poor product design.

Solution is HP should provide 64bit OS instead of 32bit OS and should not fool their customers by giving BUGGY configuration.
Even Dell understands that and provide VISTA 64bit OS for any system which has memory more than 3gb..
