I have purchased a Kenstar washing machine (model - LF-690 Dlx) from Jamal Electricals, Palakkad on 15-02. Serial number of machine is K7H0000469. Machine got complaint from March. We called Kenstar's authorised service technician and found that the IC is malfunctioning. He suggested for panel replacement. But panel for this model is not available in the market since Kenstar stopped the production of this model. Usually, a washing machine is used for atleast 7-10 years; but here it lasts only for 3 years. So company has the responsibility for either provision of panel board for this model or complete replacement of faulty machine.
Kindly do the needful as early as possible. Hoping for a positive.
