I have a post paid connection of airtel. I want to connect it to a prepaid connection. I sent request to airtel email id 2-3 times for the same. Only once I got a reply which was full of technical stuff. I failed to understand the meaning of their reply. Then I contacted local Airtel office. The employees there suggested me to contact only by email. I also registered my complaint through http://www.jokeshindi.com.
I fail to understand why these people don't help me face to face or talk to me on my mobile. Why do they insist on communication through email only.
