Videocon Microwave
Defective from starting

I bought a Videocon Microwave from KHOSLA Electronics 2 months back. And from the starting I see that its not heating. Sometimes the pot gets heated but not what inside. After repeated call to Videocon they promise to come everyday but do not. Finall they visit and says its voltage issue. Though other Microwave of IFB and Samsung works in my house. They do not agree replace it!!! Though I can not use it eithe
