Registration failed

Hi,

m murli manohar didwania from nawalgarh, my mobile no 9887226226 .i have validity and incoming with outgoing .but all of sudden i have found a message written in handset "sim registration failed". even i have submitted all document before 2 years when i have purchased, before of this i haven't received such kind of problem.

so please help me,
