this is to inform you that we purchased a washing machine Model no.: WT9201EG Sl. No. CJ0925ZCQ703504 From m/s UMANG, Dibrugarh on 20.12.08.
and about 45 days ago problem arised in machine. we went to the dealer, they gave us the regional service centre no. we called them. The person came & checked the same & from last 35 days the matter is pending. & your service centre showing different kinds of problem, on your side about lacking of spare part & above all our WARRANTY PERIOD will be over in 1 month. Moreover they have not given us the Job Card no.
I request you to Take immediate action to solve our problem & make sure no other customer has to face such prolem otherwise your IT WILL HAMPER THE IMAGE OF SAMSUNG. IF YOU DO NOT RESPONED WITHIN TWO DAYS. WE WILL GO TO CONSUMER FORUM .
I HOPE TO GET PROPER RESPONSE, FOR MY PROBLEM.
