Dear All,
My name is Santosh bhalekar and i am using internet on my mobile with idea gprs default setting,
before 4 to 5 days back my account has been deducted with Rs.325/- automatically without any notification, without any SMS i was just browsing the sites and when i checked back i got my account balance as 17/- rs remained only.
Same has been deducted as 90 Rs. in december when i try to contact to idea customer care, i was advised that i have to use internet after recharging by 98/- but i had already recharged to use internet on my mobile before opening any site, so now i am really frustrate to such service from idea, i need my balance back to my account, or else i will change the service to other service provider.
Please look into this on higher priority and reply as soon as possible.
