Hi

I have to used Idea no.-9990196070 last 1 year. but i m very upset about idea services.

on dt- 10/02, idea customer care executive call me and said ple submit your documents to near idea showroom, I submitted my documents dt- 11/02 at 11 AM to idea showroom North Delhi.

But nobody reply agt this complaints and my phone no, not working last 5 days.

very poor service and customer care executives.

How we start my no. or can we change my network.
