Charging for SMS without my request

Dear Sir,

Sub: my moble no.8722970908

I have not requested for NEWS UPDATES by SMS daily. Despite my request to stop sending, the company has not bothered. On 25th my account is debited by Rs.30 for renewal! I request you to stop sending SMSes and recredit the amount.
