Since the last 1 month i have been phoning my children in USA. i can hear their voice but they cannot hear my voice. i have paid Rs36 for a 1month scheme which enables me to call at Rs2 per minute. my 36Rs is wasted and also a lot of money as everytime i call i am getting charged as they are not able to hear me. my mobile no is 9689045227 and my email id is [email protected]. please rectify the problem as soon as possible or i have no choice but to stop availing of your services.
