I have been recherging top up long time.when I was recherging top up than and there customar care cutting my money it is 5 to 6 tmes. when I was contact to customar care they did not reply properly.some body told me (CUSTOMAR CARE) your AUDIO oftion aloways on.it is cause of money cutting. I am a senior citizen, so, I have no need SONG, AUDIO.They have adjust oftion (AUDIO, SONG) himself for cut money. Being INDIAN SENIOR CITIZEN I have right to complaint against IDEA CELULAR. so, I am giveing COMPLAINT AGAINST IDEA CELLULAR STRONGLY. so, i therefore, pray, and request hope you will kindly accept my COMPLAINT. thanking you. yours faithfully.
