Dear sir l madam
i own 3 idea connection which was on the name of kk shaji bearing number 9961132666 from 2008 april. i had given a request to discontinue this number 9961132666 in that week itself and i didnt buy that simcard number but still am paying fixed monthly charges from 2008 april.2 years is over now.due to this am facing more problems.i spoke to some customer care of post paid and office in chalakudy in thrichur.i amnot able to pay every month service charge again otherwise i have to cancel my other 2 idea connections.i dont understant why these people are not taking it in seriously.am paying everymonth service charge without getting simcard.pls take an immediate response.really it gives the bad impression to the customer and image of the company.
