Idea net setter
Not able to open websites after connecting net

Hy, I am Himansu

I have recharged Rs198.00 on 13th nov for idea net setter.

After connecting net setter it is connected but not able to open any websites.

Now I am use it in maharashtra state. So it is unable to take the net setter to my local Idea office. After consulting nearest office they are saying to contact local idea office from where it is purchased. But i have already said that it is using now in other state. So Please give me any solution. I have recharged since 5 days but unable to use it till date.

I am trying orissa, Bhubaneswar office phone no. but no one pickking the phone.
