We have taken a idea pco connection two months ago. At that time we have paid the sum of Rs 3000/- to the dealer who had given us a coin box with Rs 900/- balance and told that the balance of Rs - will be added to our credit after one month. But the amount was not credited to our account till now and whenever we ask the dealer about balance he his making up some story and asking for sometime.
