Illegel deduction of money

Without my permission will illegal deduction amount to my Idea Prepaid Connection No. 95440-23467. I was recharge my talk time Rs. 50. balance will change authomatically i was not calling or activate any services. Now i am activate caller tone only. I was contacted customer care before 2 months deactivate all my other services. No changes illegal deducting amount. Please check that
