I got one sms saying to send free birthday greetings dial *999*20# . unknowingly my request went to that number and rs.15 was deducted from my balance. Now i dont want to continue with that offer. i called up the custormer service also.. but didnt receive any valuable response. I wana know what must i do to deactivate that offer. If its not deactivated rs 15 will b deducted every month. So plzzzz help me out.
