Cuting money

Dear sir,

I am Tanmoy chatterjee working in Goa i had taken idia prepaid almost 8 years back from past 5 years they are cuting money with out being any reason as soon as you recharge within five minutes they deduct the entire money i was kept quait becouse after complaint also idia office not taken any care of it finally i came to know about you (consumar complaints) my mbl no is 9822183383.

kindly see if you could do somthing than i will be greatful.
