My self satyender Rathee I m complaining to u for poor or dissatisfactory service with Idia Communication I m using u r facility from last four years.
I m using these club no 9812813222, 9812882333, 9812758999, as per u r system billing date is every 4th day of month. This month an (April) bill has been received by soft communication. & I paid it by date 7/4/9

Complaint.-
As per u billing date I had paid my dues but the no 9812813222 is already paid. Now dated 27/4/9 my services stopped by u. as customer line I go to u r counter at Sonepat an and Electronics’ where I paid my dues. When I conform him for my complaint he told me that u current out standing amt is 564/- u pay it then u bring u services continue. I show him that Recipect which is given by him on receiving the payment. They refuse that Recipect or told we can’t do nothing for u when make the out standing payment then I do some thing.
After this satisfactory I contact to customer care services 12345 at 3:43 pm. I speak to executive for the same story he conform me that by mistake some other account payment is shifted in u account, when I request him do it proper he told me I haven’t the authority to do after this dissatisfactory he transfer the line to his senior Mr. Dinesh kumar Floor Supervisor I repeat the story to him but he told me that the other‘s account dues transfer to u account .for this u connect to my boss he provide me the no 9990555555 ext is 9110 Miss…………. sorry I for got her mane. I call to this responsible personality but call attended by Miss Nidhi I repeat my story to her at 4:13 pm she conform me for the same that fifteen minutes we call u to resolve u r complaint today 28/4/9.
But till today30/4/9 11:34 are I didn’t receive any single call from Idia communication.
Again I m conforming u that when I paid my dues, why I pay again for u mistake.
I have the entire conference recording.
I request to Idia for solve my complaint or regular my services.
Other wise I take help to Consumer Form for my looses through Idia. Because it is cheap & best in customer care only 50/- rupees.
By dated 02/05/09 I will file the complaint. Its not new patron for me.
