No rtimely response to our complaint no 4673324 -washing machine not working properly.
Why did i buy IFB washing machine?
I made a complaint... service man came after week of waiting... I thought God has arrived at home...
Service man cam with a drum -did not replace... I had complaint of problem in filter... he did not bring the part...
The awareness & professionalism of IFB Mumbai service / technicians is poor... they should be trained at Korean appliance company or their managers / trainers should be... trained.
thats none of my business... its my fault that I bought IFB washing machine...
What to do???
