Purchased IFB washing machine - top load - 6 kg from Vinaya's (Uttarahalli, Bangalore) on 6th July. Inspite of asking the showroom person to deliver a fresh piece, he cheated me by delivering the display piece, which is unacceptable. When the service engineer came to my house to install the washing machine I told him the situation and he convinced me by accepting to replace it with a new machine. However, he asked me to use the machine till it is replaced, but I did not use it to avoid any confusion. Now it is 12th July. The machine is still not replaced and the service engineer who came to my house is not even answering my
calls. If this is the kind of service by IFB, I am sorry, I have made a very big mistake in believing IFB products and services. Will this mistake be corrected at the earliest, I need to wash my clothes. Please look into this immediately.
