Technician not coming, under AMC washing machine

Dear Sir,

My IFB washing macine is under AMC, I have registered a complaint, but they didn't turned up even after 25 days, even though I have so many times reminded they didn't take any action and not responding properly. They are telling some recorded answer (like My system is not working for past 15 days).

I thing they are cheating my. how this guys providing worstest service. I am planning to go to consumer court.
