We had complained in September. Somebody came to service the machine and a part (mini aqua softener) was broken. He asked us to complain to the customer care service. We did so (on 13 sept) and nobody came for many days. Finally somebody did and said the same thing (we already knew what the problem was) and he gave us service centre nos in Delhi. Despite getting through to these numbers (twice) nobody has attended to our complaint. When we call them they say they will call back in 10 minutes and treat it as some kind of a joke. This is very frustrating. We find it very unprofessional behaviour on the part of IFB. They are supposed to be a reputed company, but their service centers are bringing them disrepute and we are beginning to regret that we bought their product.
This callous attitude on their part is discouraging and I would like to know what further action to take. Thank you.
