I had done AMC in August of my IFB washing machine.
Since then I have complained to IFB people to IFB kanpur centre, and IFB kolkata customer care.
But no one came for the service of the washing machine.
Due to the internal water leakage in the washing machine, the body is all corroded during August, September till 16th October.
Now I faced a lot of mental trauma because of pathetic service for AMC by IFB people, and even body of my machine is corroded.
IFB should see to it that, the corroded body is replaced.
