An agency called Vikas enterprises has been servicing my IFB machine under AMC for a long time. My Machine was out of AMC for sometime after I moved to another part of the city .. During march Someone contacted me and informed me that the AMC was expired and due for renewal and expired and subsequently came and collected a cheque for Rs.1500 .The name appears on the AMC contract is EKATVAM .however, I found out that the address and telephone numbers given in the AMC contact do not exist.
I request IFB india has to do something about this... to prevent your customers falling prey to unauthorized service agencies.
I still wonder how these people get access to your customer database? It is really disgusting...
