I regret to say that Service Network for the IFB washing machine is so bad and irresponsible our machine is 100% in the guarantee period upto 4-years but had been twice major break down, where ECU was replaced after 1-month of nagging service station to fix it. Now they said motor is also need to replace along with ECU and no body is attending or telling when will they replace?? I am worried after the guarantee period what we will do??? with these kind of issues and poor reponse.

I will never recommend any body to buy IFB machine in my friend circle.

This time Mr. Sunil Kumar, Service Engineer came to repair his attitude was so ignorant like he is giving favor to us by attending service call. And when we ask question about machine why it is not working he replied rudely, And when we ask him to update the Job card with diagnoses what is wrong so we will keep the history of issues, he bluntly refuse to write down on the Job Card. So Service station and we cannot maintain the issues in the History. When we insisted he threatened us that "now he will see how we can get the repair done". Such a attitude from the Service Engineer of the Reputed firm!! 1 I am sure either company is doing very well do not care about after sale or will be closing down SOON.
