I lodged a complaint for my W/M on 2-11-11, at the centralized complaint centre.

Firstly nobody comes for few days, then after a lot of persuation & calling different ph. nos. given by the ever apologitic call centre empolyee (since they know their service pattern), some technician comes on a cursory visit, announces some part as defective & needs replacement. He goes away only to return after a lot of persuation again, announces that spares are NOT available. Even if a part is changed, still the machine does not work. Reason-some other part is defective. He would go back again with the promise to come as soon as part is made available to him.

Net result - my W/M is still not working, we rue the moment we decided to purchase it.

Will someone in the Hierarchy look into the misdeeds of their employees?

It is over a month & we do not get extended AMC for the period lapsed, owing to companie's failures!
