I have a IFB Dishwasher. I called the customer care number to register a request for dishwasher salt, detergent and rinse aid. When I did not receive the supply for a week, I called the call centre again and they said they have escalated the issue. I again called after 3 days and same response. I was frustrated. For 10 days I was not able to use the machine for washing utensils. Then the gave me the Bangalore service centre's No. to coordinate directly with the centres incharge. He told me that the supply will be given in a day's time for sure and the technician is already out. He also said that I had already given the request to the technichian. He didn't come? Now the supervisor also doesn't keep track if the technician has attended to the compalaint or not! Despite repeated messages from the call centre, he didn't bothe to check or call me. I called again after a day as no one turned up. Then I was told that stock is not there. For 15 days, I have been calling here and there and no one ever told me that the stock is not there. I took the phone numbers of supervisor of the call centre inchare and the manager's number. But they never pick up their mobiles and not even call back after seeing so many missed calls. I am at the mercy of these people. I selected this machine as I was assured that detergent supply is easily available as compared to other imported brand. What is the use. I just keep waiting, washing utensils myself and calling these numbers! This is intolerable. They don't inform about the status, they don't supply the required materials, they don't pick up your calls. Higher authorities should take notice of this and ensure appropriate systems. You sell a machine worth 27000 with promises to take care of it but you don't. This is not acceptable and not done.
