Repeated dysfunctional of parts

Respected Sir/ Madam,

This is Chinmay C. Paturkar. I have purchased your IFB Elena washing machine on 23rd October. Machine Serial No. B09864.

This complaint is regarding 'Repeated Dysfunctional parts' of the machine. We are facing regular problems. some times parts get damaged or some time due to minor problems our machine stops working. Despite of problem solving by your authorized franchisee 'JET services', we are still facing same problems & also incurring costs associated with the same. I think 'JET services' engineers are not solving entire problem once at a a time.

As of now we have incurred around Rs.12, 000 on maintenance (Repairs ) & after sale services & Price of machine was Rs. 15, 000. Please look at the figures so that you can understand our complaints seriously.

We are very unhappy customers of your company as you are not looking after your customer complaints seriously. Please try to solve our entire problem once.
