We refer to the AMC Dated 12/06 which is valid up to 11/06. The Elena washing machine which has to be serviced in accordance with the above contract is not executed properly. We have made several telephone calls to the Customer Care office to attend to the washing machine, at our residence but no representative from your office as turned so far and our complaint is not attended to yet. We therefore request you to kindly depute your authorized representative to attend to the repairing required for the above washing machine at the earliest. We would appreciate very much if you kindly instruct your office in this regard.
