I have a IFB washing machine with me. The AMC for the machine is very much in place continuously without any break. I had a problem last month and registered a complaint with IFB customer care centre on 6th of Jan. Service personnel came two days later and checked the system. Told that a part, flush filter, needs to be replaced and it is chargeable. I agreed to the same. I waited for about 15 days he never turned up neither replied my calls. I visited their local service centre, which happens to be at second street from my home. To my dismay, their response, was totally unacceptable and irresponsible. Their attitude was very rude, even when they came to my home. I waited for a week more, and then again checked with their centre on Feb 1. They informed that it will get rectified shortly. Till date it is not resolved. They dont bother to give a responsible answer, neither attempt to resolve the issue. My complaint number with IFB customer care is 5687455 dated 6th Jan. Water is continuously leaking and there are chances my family getting shocks. Not to say the amount water getting wasted in these days of water scarcity. Everyday is an ordeal for me and my family affecting my health due unnecessary stress.

I need help and compensation for this issue.
