Ever since I have bought the product i have faced problem with it.the aftersales service is very bad and the technicians not trained.
i have registered several complaints with the company and their web site to send a sr technician but of no use.ever week my machine gets spoilt as the tech connects the wire directly. Also I was forced to pay rs 750 for a part which was under warranty
