IFB Maxi Dryer
Not workin since purchase

I purchased Ifb digital 7kg washing machine and dryer on 14.1.11. Since installation the dryer is ot working. Icomplained to the call centre and to the dealer and senior personnel of IFB. Their technician came 4 times and chage the belt but it did not work and said dryer is defective and we will replace it with new peice.and contact our area manager Icontacted area manager Mr Gurvinder. Five days have passed without any action
