Worst customer service

I have purchased IFB microoven model no 30sc2 .But it never worked properly. I have even entered AMC after expiry of waranty pariod. This is one of the worst product of this IFB co. which has worst customer service back up. They never attend problems in time and if at all they do will never resolve the problem never rectify it.leavve it half done and will never turn back. So appeal to their country manager look into service dept to the customer satifaction or else dont cheat the people by selling ur worst product to the customer. If sombody from this co. follows website direct ur cust dept to rectify the problem satisfactrily.
