I have bought IFB microwave oven model 30SC3 on 25 th Dec from M/S Technolife sector 14 Market Gurgaon. The demonstration done by the person was not satisfactory, as he ha very little time for demostration. After that we lodged complaints and was frequently following up the customer care center but all in vein except false promises
