I Sridhar. V purchased IFB serena washing machine 4 months back, now the machine is not locking and it is not taking water for washing from the overhead tank, complaint to company has given 1 week back, they were telling no stocks of locks, if i cal they were telling today tomoro and they were unable to give survice within 2 or 3days as on today still they were not given service
