I got a IFB Micro oven at home.

I called for IFB service regarding some problem. The person came to home and he took a circuit board with him from our micro oven to repair. This happened on (18-Dec). Today is (29-Jan), Still no reply from them, no call to inform us that it is getting delayed. IFB VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.
