My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in cochin. In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine, The manager at Cochin is not even attending the calls. I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude. No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.
