I've purchased one IFB Washing machine on 2 of this month... it should be delivered through Navata transport on 4... But when i contact the Navata thay said that the product was Caught by some customs's gazzeted officer because of some missing sales tax and then i visited the store by the query here the associates co-operated me very well and i had talked to the godown person Mr. Rajashekar and also Mr. Gangadhar..They simply passed away the issue by stating that myself should go to Navata in Guntur and give them necessary Expalanation... We can't expect this kind of service from Reliance isn't it... Now give me Immediate Response
