Defective Product and BAd customer service

I have bought a IFB Digital Washing MAchine on Oct 29th for Rs 28, 000/-. And within a matter of 3 months it developed a heavy banging sound and the vibrations were so heavy that the machine would move a feet away. Sometimes it would be so bad that it would even pull off the wire from the electrical socket. The IFB guys have been working on this for almost 1 and a half year now and are not able to find a solution for the same.

I have to mention that their response to complaint is so very bad. That is another added headache.

In the course of their visits they have changed the IC, motor, the shock absorbers. Inspite of all this no solution has been found to the problem except that the machine does not move like it was moving. But the banging sound persists. Their executive at HUbli also mentioned to me that he is going to refer to his higher up in Bangalore for the replacement of the machine. But so far there has been no action on them inspite of my repeated reminders.
