Free service attended on 27.01.2010 and while leaving rubber part in the front door was torn and water was leaking hence informed one Mr. Karthik at Banglore Ph.1860 425 5678 and also informed Mrs. Uma and Mr. Vasanth at chennai service Office at Ph. No.43994999 and one Mr. Karthik (Service Engineer) assured they will replace the defect but the person who attended did not reveal his name wanted to rectify the same by doing some patch work which was not agreed. Complaint No.4070765 permanent ID 1335057. On 01.02.2010 at 2.30 p.m Mr. Ganesh called by his mobile No.0283157056 and assured he will replace the defective part but failed to do so.
Take immediate action to replace the part otherwise LEGAL NOTICE WILL follow holding you liable for all cost and consequenses
